Requirements for purchasing, handling, and using Alpha Life Sciences products.

1. Purchasers and permitted use
Alpha Life Sciences products are offered solely for lawful laboratory research. Purchasers must be at least 21 years old and have the knowledge, training, facilities, and procedures needed to handle the materials responsibly. If purchasing for an organization, you must be authorized to act on its behalf.
Before ordering, confirm that the intended work is permitted by this policy and applicable law.
2. Prohibited uses
Products must not be used for:
- Consumption, injection, application, or any other administration to humans or animals.
- Self-experimentation, personal wellness, veterinary care, human clinical use, or animal experiments involving administration.
- Diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease.
- Medicines, compounded preparations, supplements, foods, cosmetics, medical devices, household products, or other personal-use products.
Describing a prohibited activity as “research” does not make it a permitted use.
3. Purchaser responsibilities
You are responsible for determining whether you may lawfully purchase, receive, possess, handle, store, use, transfer, and dispose of each product. Follow applicable laws, institutional requirements, and laboratory safety standards.
Review available product and safety information before use. Establish appropriate protective equipment, storage, access controls, and disposal procedures for your work. Product availability does not establish that a material is safe or suitable for your intended research.
If essential information is missing or unclear, resolve it before using the material.
4. Product information and scientific references
Website descriptions, scientific references, and support materials are provided for research information. They are not medical or veterinary advice, administration instructions, or promises of research results.
A cited publication does not establish that the product sold is equivalent to the material studied or authorize a use prohibited by this policy. Product names, packaging, and quantities do not establish suitability for administration to humans or animals.
5. Certificates of analysis and documentation
Documentation availability varies by product and lot. Read each record for the sample or lot identified, the methods used, the results reported, and any stated limitations. Do not apply one lot’s results to another lot.
A certificate of analysis reports only the testing it lists. A purity result alone does not establish sterility, acceptable endotoxin levels, absence of other contaminants, or safety for human or animal use. Documentation does not establish regulatory approval or authorize a prohibited use.
If a document does not match your product or lot, contact support before relying on it.
6. What support can help with
Our team can help with product identification, orders, account access, shipping, and requests for available documentation.
We do not provide medical or veterinary advice, dosing or administration guidance, personal-use recommendations, or experimental protocols. Support does not replace your laboratory’s safety procedures or qualified supervision.
7. Order review and misuse
We reserve the right to request clarification about an order and to decline or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with this policy. Any cancellation or refund is handled under the applicable terms and refund policy.
Order acceptance and the checkout acknowledgment do not establish that a proposed use is safe, lawful, or permitted.
8. Transfer and representation
Do not resell, relabel, promote, or supply products for any prohibited use. Any permitted transfer must preserve product identification, available documentation, and the research-use restrictions.
Do not represent these products as approved or safe for administration to humans or animals.
