Acceptance of terms

When you use the storefront, create an account, place an order, or submit a support request, you agree to the posted terms in effect at that time.

Research-use-only products

Alpha Life Sciences products are offered for laboratory research-use contexts only. They are not offered for human, animal, veterinary, clinical, diagnostic, therapeutic, food, drug, cosmetic, medical-device, household, or personal-use applications.

Purchaser eligibility and responsibility

You should be at least 21 years old to order. You are responsible for lawful purchase, suitability review, storage, handling, disposal, compliance, and avoiding prohibited uses.

Account and checkout accuracy

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate account, billing, shipping, contact, payment, and order information. We may request clarification before processing an order.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order does not mean the order has been accepted. We may hold, cancel, split, delay, or decline an order if payment, address, inventory, compliance, shipping, fraud-review, documentation, or operational checks cannot be completed.

Pricing, availability, taxes, and payment

Prices, availability, payment options, taxes, shipping options, and totals may change or depend on order details shown during checkout. Site errors may be corrected when identified.

Shipping, refunds, and documentation policies

Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Refunds and replacements are governed by the Refund / Replacement Policy. Documentation and COA availability are governed by the Documentation & COA Policy.

Support limitation

Alpha Life Sciences does not provide medical, dosing, diagnostic, therapeutic, veterinary, personal-use, administration, handling-protocol, research-outcome, or non-order support.

Specifications and limited warranty

Product documentation and specifications may vary by product or lot. Any limited warranty is tied only to the applicable product listing and available lot documentation or COA at the time of shipment.

Warranty disclaimer and liability limit

Implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent allowed by law. Alpha Life Sciences is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or research-outcome-related damages to the extent allowed by law.

Indemnification

Purchasers agree to indemnify Alpha Life Sciences for claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from unlawful purchase, prohibited use, inaccurate information, misuse, or breach of these terms.

Intellectual property and site availability

Site content, marks, layout, product presentation, and related materials are Alpha or licensed property. Site access may be interrupted, changed, corrected, or discontinued.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on the storefront applies when you use the site, place an order, or submit a support request.
