Kisspeptin-10 research material associated with KISS1R signaling and neuroendocrine cell models, supplied as 10mg net vial content.
Kisspeptin-10 is a ten-amino-acid peptide fragment in the kisspeptin family. Kisspeptin signaling is associated with the KISS1 receptor, also known as GPR54.
Each vial contains 10mg of Kisspeptin-10.
Kisspeptin-10 has been studied in cultured gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) neurons using intracellular calcium measurements to investigate receptor-linked signaling. Work in GT1-7 neuronal cells examined protein kinase C involvement in this calcium response, connecting the peptide to experimental studies of neuroendocrine signal transduction.
